We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible.
You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “Confirm & Pay”. However after this point, you will be unable to make any amendments to your order.
If your order arrives and your still no longer wanting it, you can simply pop this back out to us upon reading our Returns Policy.
Our items sell out super quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
As soon as you place an order with us, we are already on the mission to get this out to you as soon as possible. This regrettably means you are unable to make any changes as it will be already processing through our warehouse. In this case, you will need to place a new order or return your order once it’s been delivered.
We take any faults or issues with items seriously at 4th & Reckless. If you should happen to find a fault with your order, please send this back to us and kindly inform our Customer Care Team who are on hand to advise you what will happen next.
Mistakes can happen sometimes, so it’s our job to sort this as quickly as possible. If you have received an item in your order that you didn’t purchase, please pop this back out to us and write on the returns invoice which item you were expecting.
If you could also kindly contact a member of our team explaining the situation, they will be happy to help.
Our parcels are checked thoroughly before we dispatch them so this is unlikely to happen however, mistakes can be made. It’s important you get in touch as soon as possible if you have something missing from your order.
If the item you are missing is still in stock, we will be happy to post this out to you immediately. If the item is no longer in stock, we will refund this back to you.

Deliveries can be made anytime between 7am and 9pm however our couriers do their best to deliver your parcels to fit around your lifestyle.
For guaranteed next day delivery, orders will need to be placed before 10pm Monday to Friday. This excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays. If you place an order over the cut-off time, you will receive this the following day instead.
If you order before 10pm Friday night, you will receive the order on Saturday between 7am-9pm.
Next Day Delivery is £5.99 and is free for orders over £80.

For your own security, we are unable to change the address your order is being sent to. Don’t worry – if nobody is home when delivery is attempted, our delivery partner will leave a card advising how to arrange a re-delivery or where you can collect your parcel from.
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or we can deliver to your place of work if you wish. If you are wanting your order to arrive at work, please ensure that somebody is there to take receipt of the goods as our delivery partner will only deliver to the location, not the person.
We love everyone equally however we are unable to deliver to PO box and BFPO addresses.
We understand you or another member of your household are not always there to sign for your parcel. Therefore, your package can be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour at your request.
Please be aware that any instructions left are only requests and are not guaranteed. If this isn’t possible, a calling card will be left which will include details of how to re arrange delivery.
Your estimated delivery date will be stated on your email confirmation. We recommend you wait until this date for your order to arrive.
If for any reason the date has passed and your order is still not with you, please contact our Customer Care Team who will be able to assist you further.
Please be advised that certain areas may be affected by adverse weather and could cause slight delays with deliveries.
If this was ever the case, ourselves and our couriers will be on hand to keep you updated on your delivery.
If the status of your order is still showing as ‘order processing’ this means we are still busy getting your order ready for shipment.
Please be aware that during busy periods, this status may show for slightly longer than normal. Your estimated delivery date will appear on your email confirmation and once this has been shipped, we will send you a further email.
You can track your order by logging onto ‘My Account’ or simply following the link via your email confirmation. If your order still hasn’t arrived and your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.
If you change your mind about any items purchased, you can return them to us within 30 days of the parcel being delivered to you. All items MUST be unworn and show no sign of wear, as well has having have all 4th & Reckless tags attached.
All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items and will be made by us no later than:
-14 days after the day we receive items back from you.
-14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
Please note you do not have to use these methods and that you are free to use any method of return that you wish.

You can return your 4th & Reckless order FREE via any post office, just follow the below steps:
Step 1: Complete the returns note above and pop it into the parcel with your return. All items must be in their original unused condition.
Step 2: To create a returns label, please visit www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer
From here, you will be able to insert your information, which will then provide you with a returns label. You can either print the label off and attach it to your parcel or you can generate a QR code instead to show at your local post office.
Step 3: Take your parcel into any post office - Don’t forget to keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Step 4: Wait for your return to be received at our warehouse. Once we have your item(s) please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund.
Step 5: Once we’ve completed your return, we’ll send you an email letting you know whether a refund has been processed. This is usually done within 1 working day of receiving your return to our warehouse.

EU & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Unfortunately, our international returns are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to be paid by you. Once we’ve completed your return, we’ll send you an email letting you know whether a refund has been processed. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to show in your account.

Sorry to say, you will have to return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Once you change your mind, you can return your items to us, provided:
Items must be unworn and must have no stains or make up marks. Shoes should be returned unworn within the original shoe box. We recommend shoes are tired on indoors so they show no sign of wear.
Items must have all 4th & Reckless tags attached and be returned in its original condition.
Please ensure, you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to 4th & Reckless. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

It will take up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned to 4th & Reckless. We will send you an email once your refund has been processed. If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 10 working day timescale, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and details of the items returned.
If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow an additional 72 hours for all your returns to be completed.
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from when you receive your order. This does not apply to items that have been worn or used, pierced jewellery, swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform 4th & Reckless of your decision to cancel the contract by contacting our Customer Support Team detailing your name, address and order number and that you wish to cancel your contract. You must do this within 14 days of receipt of your order.
You must then return the items to us. You can use your own method of return and returning the items to:

We will refund to you the full price you paid for the item and part of the delivery charges that you paid up to an amount equivalent to our most common and cheapest delivery method available. The refund will be made to you using the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction. Note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your item to us and that if you use our returns methods the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund.
We’re sorry if we have made a mistake with your refund. If this is the case, please feel free to get in touch with our Customer Care Team who can help you.
Please be aware there are some factors that may affect your refund amount. This includes the delivery charge or if the goods are faulty. Discounts that were applied at the time of sale but aren’t applicable now can also be affected.
Returned something to us? It can take up to 10 working days to reach our warehouse. We’ll send you an email as soon as we have completed your return.
Your Klarna invoice will be emailed to you by Klarna as soon as your order has been shipped. Your invoice period will be shown on your invoice. Klarna bills are due 30 days after you receive your invoice.
Your right to return items isn’t affected by this invoice period, and you’ll only pay for the item’s you have kept.
If you have returned items that are near your invoice due date, we recommend you contact Klarna for an extension to avoid any late fees or notices. If you have any other issues regarding your invoice, we advise you to contact Klarna directly as 4th & Reckless can’t extend your invoice for you.
Yes. Please ensure return notes from ALL orders are inside the parcel as without them, we will be unable to process your refund successfully.
You can return any unwanted items back to us within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. Shoes must be tried on indoors and in the original box.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at 4th & Reckless.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
Your refund will still go back onto the card used to place the order, as long as the card account is still open. When a card is lost, stolen or cancelled – we can still refund that card!
We cannot refund your order to a different card or payment method.
If you have not received your refund in 10 working days, please contact our Customer Care Team who can chase this up for you.
If a particular item has gone up or down in price since you last ordered it, if your wanting to return the item, we will only refund you the amount you paid for it.
When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. If there is a query with the payment, either your card issuer or Customer Services will contact you.
Once you’ve added your must haves to your bag, you need to click “View My Bag”, enter your discount code into the Promo Code box and click “Apply Code”.
You can then head over to the checkout to complete your order. Your discount will not be added to delivery charges, sale items or exclusive collections and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We’re a member of “Secure by MasterCard” and “Verified by Visa”. They both provide additional security whilst shopping online. Security is very important to us at 4th & Reckless and our site contains its own encryption software to ensure critically sensitive information, such as your name, address and your credit/debit card details are always safe.

Klarna is a payment provider which is available in some European countries.
It allows you to pay for the items you love regardless of different sizes and items.
Klarna provides a try before you buy service which can allow up to 30 days before payment is due. This is for UK customers only.
Other countries such as Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Germany allow up to 14 days for payment.
Klarna can also provide a payment plan of 3 instalments where the cost is split. This means there is a one-part payment at purchase, and two further payments at 30 and 60 days. Again, this is only available to UK customers.

In the event this happens, 4th & Reckless may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.
USA: USA orders under $800 USD will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means all relevant import duties and taxes will be included in the product price and the customer should not be subject to further costs. All applicable charges on orders placed over $800 USD must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges.
4th & Reckless cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package. 4th & Reckless can’t tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country. If you refuse to accept shipping of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to 4th & Reckless.
In the event this happens, 4th & Reckless may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.
CANADA: All items purchased under $20 CAD will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means import duties and taxes under this figure will be included in the product price and the customer will not be subject to further costs UNLESS the order is over $20 CAD.
As all our orders are shipped from Europe, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

Sales Tax is charged on items shipped to the United States. If your ordering from the U.S, you will see sales tax applied to your order, which will be correct for the delivery address you have chosen.
The Sales Tax is calculated based on the state rates and the items you are purchasing. We will show you at checkout how much Sales Tax you will be paying on your order.
The Sales Tax shown on your order will be for your default address so this may change if you are to change your address.

At 4th & Reckless, we only stock genuine and authentic items designed and produced by ourselves.

We tend to re-stock our items every couple of weeks but this can vary. If you have your eye on a particular item, you can sign up for Back In Stock updates. You can do this by clicking on the size which is unavailable and then entering your email. You will then be the first to hear when it is available to purchase again.
